You can email us and we will reply as soon as possible, or phone to check availability and discuss your plans.
We are usually available 7 days a week and most evenings – if you have to leave a message we will get back to you.
If you contact us we can discuss your needs and send you our brochure and price list.
Every wedding is different and we are willing to tailor both the services and the price to suit your day.
We offer significant discounts for smaller or low season weddings.
There are No hidden extras.
Our fees include all the meetings, pre-wedding shoot, framed signature print, our services on the day, the photographs and a beautiful album.
We believe in fair prices and there is nothing extra to pay, no VAT to add on and the booking fee of £200 is deducted from your final balance.
If you decide to have some extra prints in your album we only charge per print so there are no package upgrades and certainly no nasty surprises!
Many of our couples book over the phone or internet, having checked that the date is still available.
The wedding galleries, though they only show a small selection of the images from each wedding, are a great way to check the quality, style and consistency of our work!
If they show the type of photography you want, get in touch to arrange a meeting to view our albums and portfolio.
We appreciate the amount of time you have to spend on planning and booking a wedding so we are happy to visit you at home during the day or evening, if that’s more convenient – understandably, our weekends are often taken up actually photographing!
The length of time you would like us on your day has some impact on the number of shots we take, as does the number of guests.
To give you some idea, on a full day we usually take over 1000 photographs - don’t worry, most of these are informal and you won’t even be aware they are being taken.
We use the latest digital cameras and equipment and all images are archived in two separate locations for long-term safety, so your photographs will always be available in the future.
Digital imaging allows great flexibility and so the ratio of colour and black & white photographs in your final selection is totally up to you – we are always happy to offer design advice and guidance.
In addition, though we are not keen on too many digital effects, sometimes a little re-touching can be useful to enhance an image or even to remove a minor imperfection!
Yes! Even if we are very familiar with the location and have worked there before it is always worth a visit quite near to your wedding date because foliage and flowers change throughout the seasons.
If possible, we like to meet you there and take the pre-wedding photographs on location – we then window mount your favourite photo for your guests to sign during your wedding reception.
Yes – combining the meeting and shoot makes sense because you will have a lot of demands on your time in the run up to your wedding day.
It isn’t always possible and we are more than happy to fit around your schedule, evenings and Sundays are often the only option!
Ideally we meet again about one month before – because most plans are set by then and you can confirm the details of the day.
If that is what you want – we prefer to cover the whole day because your album is then a true record of the days’ events.
We certainly only leave when we know we have captured everything you wanted and are totally satisfied with our work.
Natural photography is what we do best!
Our aim is to provide you with photographs that not only record the events but also capture the love and emotion of your wedding.
We are constantly on the lookout for a great shot and even though we often have to work quickly, the composition is still very important and something we think show in our images.
Yes, of course.
We ask you to provide a list of group shots beforehand so that you don’t have to worry about it on the day and we can liaise with the Best Man and Ushers to get people together.
We are also more than happy to take any additional shots that occur to you on the day.
You get to keep the proofs.
We provide a proof book containing all the proof images from your wedding and a viewing CD so that you can see a slideshow of the photographs.
Parents can order albums for themselves and they work out cheaper than ordering a selection of individual prints.
We also offer £50 off if they order an album before the wedding, so handmade, bookbound parents albums would cost only £200 if pre-ordered.
Re-print prices start at £11 and your family and friends can order directly from us via our website.
A selection of frames and mounts with multiple images are available – prices start at £50.
